Medion Lifetab X10302 Tablet Debuts With 10.1 inch Full HD screen, Midrange Specs; Priced at $212
December 4, 2016 22:28In case you haven’t heard of Medion, it’s a German consumer electronics company, that was bought by Lenovo back in 2011. It still operates under its own brand, at least when it comes to tablets, such as the new model shown below. Dubbed Medion Lifetab X10302, this tablet is a 10.1 incher with a Full HD resolution and midrange specs.
It’s priced at $212 and stands out through the full metal body and dual front facing stereo speakers. It packs a 10.1 inch IPS display with a Full HD resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio, making it ideal to watch videos on. Inside the slate we find a 64 bit MediaTek MT8783 octa core CPU, clocked at 1.3 GHz and a Mali T720 GPU.
It’s accompanied by 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and a microSD card slot. Upfront we have a 2 MP selfie shooter and at the back a 5 MP one, that will certainly win no beauty contests for pics. Interestingly, this is not your average WiFi slate, as it comes with 4G LTE support via micro SIM card. It runs Android 6.0 with a custom UI and it also packs a pretty generous 8000 mAh battery, supposed to offer a day of usage or more.
A 3 year warranty is an added bonus to the product. Finally, the Medion Lifetab X10302 measures 10 mm in thickness and weighs 605 grams. It will start selling on December 8th in Germany.
