Asus announced the ZenFone 3 Max back in July, and this affordable handset already reached the Indian market a few weeks ago. Now, the time has finally arrived for the US market to get it. Although there is nothing out of the ordinary about it, the ZenFone 3 Max delivers more than enough for its price, being an excellent choice for first-time smartphone users on a tight budget, but also as a backup phone.

Asus ZenFone 3 Max has a 5.2-inch 720p multitouch display and is powered by a MediaTek MT6737M processor. The other specs and features include 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage and microSD support, a 13 MP main camera, and a generous 4,100 mAh battery. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with ZenUI 3.0 on top.

Amazon has the ZC520TL model in stock, carrying a price tag of $149 USD. B&H has the TC520TL up for pre-order for the same $149 USD price tag. In both cases, the only color available is Glacier Silver. For $50 USD more, those interested can get the ZenFone 3 Laser with 32 GB internal storage. At last, Amazon also has the top-of-the-line Deluxe model listed - 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage, Qualcomm Snapdragon 625, and a price tag of $399.99 USD.
